Chosen is an organic restaurant that takes pride in their ethically sourced menu items. The concept for Chosen started with the idea of being able to chose what food you eat right from the ground. Due to lack of farming space in inner cities, the idea adapted to pull from local farmers and businesses. As plants represent life, I wanted the colors and environment to reflect an energetic and soothing mood. Chosen is an inclusive restaurant that welcomes every diet through their doors.
